John Ray & Sons Offers Chance To Ride Zamboni at Adirondack Phantoms' Games

TROY, NY – John Ray & Sons is offering Adirondack Phantoms fans a chance to ride the Zamboni, wrapped to look like one of the company's fuel trucks, during the team's inaugural season at the Glens Falls Civic Center.

"It's the dream of many hockey fans to ride the Zamboni," said John Ray & Sons' President Ken Ray. "As the Zamboni sponsor this year, we thought it would be fun to let some fans have their dream come true." Zamboni rides make a perfect gift for a Phantoms' fan or a great centerpiece for a group event.John Ray & Sons offers free Zamboni rides at Phantoms games.

So, a contest was born with John Ray & Sons, a major Phantoms' sponsor, giving away a free Zamboni ride and two tickets to a select number of games throughout the season.

Entering is easy. Contestants simply go to www.johnray.com, enter their name and select the game they wish to attend. Random drawings of all entries will be selected one week prior to the game. Winners must be at least 12 years old and only one person can ride the Zamboni.

Sponsoring the Adirondack Phantoms' Zamboni is a natural for John Ray & Sons which was established as an ice delivery service in Troy. The company has consistently supported neighborhood and regional organizations.
