John Ray & Sons offers a propane tank exchange program called “Get the Full 18” in the Capital Region.
Our program benefits consumers who recently have been receiving only 15 pounds of propane from national supplier exchange programs. Many companies reduced the amount of propane in their tanks from 18 to 15 pounds when fuel costs were high to avoid a price increase. And even though prices are lower now, they never went back to full tanks.
By filling your tanks to the maximum, your fuel will last longer and you won’t need to exchange tanks as often.
John Ray & Sons currently offers "Get the Full 18" propane tank exchange stations at:
- Sycaway Sunoco at 558 Hoosick Street, Troy.
- Bob’s Sunoco Mini Market, corner of Wolf and Albany Shaker Roads, Colonie.
- Cohoes A Plus, 245 Ontario Street, Cohoes.
